Standard Order Form Demo
This standard order form is included with the Deluxe and Pro package. This can show a list
of all the products you have to offer, their prices, and their shipping costs. The customer enters
how much of each product they want under the quantity box (QTY) and updates the cart. The cart will
show what they have selected, and how much total it will be. Optionally, you can enter your states
tax rate and it will compute the tax in the cart when the resident of (state) option is clicked by the
customer. After billing information is entered (Credit Card payment optional), you will be sent an email
telling you of your completeted order with a unique order number. Your customer will also receive
a copy of this email. Examples Below.
The input file is a tab-delimited text file which can be easily created and maintained in Microsoft Excel or any
spreadsheet program that supports saving as a tab-delimited text file. The first column contains the product name, the second
contains the product id number (SKU), the third contains the price, and the fourth contains the shipping. Example Below.
